Define root cause  of line failure through aggressive problem-solving.  Autonomous Maintenance Qualified.  Verse in Continuous Improvement Cycle and PCDA work.  Senior Safety Representative on packing line.  No lost work days in the past 8 years.

Relentlessly sought expert counsel of senior store managers for new ideas to increase sales.

GAMESTOP

Revitalized 117th out of 120 ranking video game stores through enhanced customer service protocols.  By October 2001, the store ranked within the top three overall of the region.  Maintained ranking consistently for three consecutive years.  First manager to achieve $1 Million in sales, followed by $1.45M and $1.3M.  Expanded pre-owned merchandise buyback to realize 59% of merchandise sales pre-owned.  Perpetual 90+% performer on secret shops.  Withint top two district sales leaders for Gamestop's magazine and customer incentive program.  In final year, cash drawer was short $1.13  for the entire year.
